My brother thinks he’s a super hero…
…But I know better.

My Daddy asks him to use his super hero arms to carry his toys to his room. My brother then picks up all of his toys and takes them to his room.

My brother thinks he’s a super hero…
…But I know better.

My Mommy asks him to use his super hero legs to push his dirty clothesbasket to the laundry room. My brother then pushes the basket of dirty clothes to the laundry room.

My brother thinks he’s a super hero…
…But I know better.

My Grandma asks him to use his super hero ears to listen to everything his teacher tells him at preschool. My brother then does everything his teacher tells him to do.

My brother thinks he’s a super hero…
…But I know better.

My Grandpa tells him that every super hero eats their vegetables. “That’s how they stay so strong,” he says. My brother then eats every single one of his peas on his plate.

My brother thinks he’s a super hero…
…But I know better.

“Even super heroes need their need their rest,” my mommy tells my brother. My brother then goes to bed and falls fast asleep.

“Mommy, why does everyone think he’s a super hero?” I asked. “I know better!” Mommy leaned over, kissed my forehead, and whispered, “Your brother can be anything he wants, my little princess.”

My brother thinks he’s a super hero…
…And that’s the truth!
