Having spent 10 years as an engineer in the Navy, then 10 years as a mental health counselor and educator, I decided it was time to pursue my dream to become a full time writer. I am from the middle of the country, just outside of KC, MO, and have grown up with small-town values. My goal is to educate and inspire with what I write.
