Cristina Allen lives with her family near the small town of New Underwood in South Dakota on a ranch that has been in her family for nearly 100 years and is home to several poultry, pot-bellied pigs, dogs, cats and one goat. She spends her days home schooling her three daughters and working outside of the home as a lifeguard instructor and also as a reporter and photographer for a weekly newspaper. She enjoys spending time with her husband, playing with her children and enjoying everything life has to offer her.
